Welcome to Highlight Tracker ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Service and integrating with our TikTok publishing functionality, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

Highlight Tracker is an automated video highlights processing and publishing tool. The Service allows users to create video highlights and export or upload them to authorized third-party platforms, including TikTok, via official APIs (Direct Post / Drafts API).

2. User Accounts and Third-Party Integrations

To upload content to TikTok through our Service, you must connect your TikTok account via TikTok's official OAuth authorization flow. By connecting your account:

• You authorize us to interact with the TikTok API on your behalf strictly to initialize uploads and save video drafts to your TikTok inbox/account.
• You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload using the Service.
• You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all media content processed and uploaded by you. Highlight Tracker does not claim ownership over any user videos or Twitch clips.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes upon copyright, trademark, privacy, or any other proprietary rights of third parties.
• Distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, hateful, or harmful content.
• Attempt to circumvent API rate limits, access unauthorized endpoints, or disrupt service stability.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

5. Termination and Revocation

You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time either through our Service interface or via the permissions management screen in your TikTok account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party API availability, TikTok account restrictions, or platform downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Highlight Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
